ARKive is one of two permanent digital archives for the University of Arkansas. Its mission is to preserve and provide access to original digital material produced by University of Arkansas faculty, staff, and students. Digital items in ARKive preserve the institutional memory of U of A. Examples include newsletters and annual reports produced by U of A departments, broadcasts of UATV, and concerts recorded by the Music Department. Faculty and student research can be found in our scholarly archive UARKive.

The software licenses listed below are available for purchase from IT Services. For a complete list of university-supported software, including free downloads, visit the Software Database. Software site licenses are purchased or renewed for a full fiscal year from July 1 to June 30, and licenses are not prorated based on the purchase date. Renewal is required at the start of each fiscal year. Acrobat Pro DC is used to create and edit PDF files and is part of Adobe Creative Cloud.
